Using state-of-the-art twin-screw extruders and automated feeders, raw materials are compounded into masterbatches, additives, or fillers. The process ensures consistent dispersion, color accuracy, and customized formulation as per client needs.
Quality Testing, Packaging & Dispatch
Every batch is tested in in-house labs for physical, thermal, and application-specific parameters (MFI, dispersion, color strength, etc.). Approved materials are packed using automated systems and dispatched through optimized logistics channels for timely delivery worldwide.
